You wish: Hasselblad 907X 50C medium-format camera
A camera which has every photographer drooling is the new Hasselblad 907X 50C – the company’s smallest medium-format digital model.
This 50-megapixel beauty combines old-school aesthetics with cutting-edge technology.
It’s made up of a modernised CFV II 50C digital back attached to the brand new 907X camera body.
The CFV II 50C chrome-edged digital back has a big 43.8mm x 32.9mm CMOS sensor and a 3.2-inch 2.36-million-dot rear touchscreen display.
The screen tilts up so you can really go old-school with a waist-level shooting style.

The compact 907X body will take all of the Hasselblad X System Lenses natively, and H System, V System and XPan Lenses via adaptors. You can also add on a variety of accessories, such as the 907X Control Grip and 907X Optical Viewfinder.
It can be paired with most Hasselblad V System cameras made from 1957 onwards, for a perfect analogue-digital marriage.
If you’ve been wondering what you’d pay to join the ranks of the Hasselblad-carrying elite, distributor CR Kennedy has the price set at $11,330. Not bad, when you consider you’d need to pay $58,300 for the 100-megapixel H6D-100c camera and a cool $94,490 for the super-accurate, 400-megapixel H6D-400c MS.
Those are body-only prices, of course; lenses are extra.
